If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered! Here’s what to do:- Document the Issue: Take a clear video or photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Contact Us: Send the video or photos along with your order details to return@petsgizmos.com.
- Free Return and Exchange: Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a free return label and arrange for a free exchange or full refund—your choice!
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Eligibility: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Free Returns: If the product is damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll send the replacement as soon as we receive the returned product.
